As we have been noting over the last several months, new 52-week lows have been minimal. This supports our bullish posture for the near-term but made harvesting for the Free Lunch list challenging this year.
But of course we whipped up some attractive offerings. Selections from the NYSE, NASDAQ and AMEX were slim, eight in total, but there are twenty-eight OTC Bulletin Board stocks on the list. The Bulletin Board stocks performed best last year.
Remember this Free Lunch Bargain Stock Strategy is a short-term trading strategy. These stocks have made their moves in recent years quite rapidly, some in just a few days and some over a number of weeks even into February.
So be prepared to take profits when you have them and to act quickly. Don't hold these stocks too long. Use trailing stops on the way up to lock in profits and protect losses on pullbacks. We will be monitoring these stocks over the next two weeks before the next issue comes out and update you accordingly via email.
Also, be careful not to chase these stocks if they have already run away.
